kidsunlimited are expanding in the South region and are looking for a Nursery Manager within the Cambridgeshire area.

You will be flexible on location, supporting our internal succession planning stategy.   We will work with you to try and base you at one of our 8 locations in Cambridge, considering our requirements and your preferences.

We are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager, you will be qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent). Needless to say, you are fully versed in the Early Years Foundation Stage process and requirements, familiar with taking Profit and Loss responsibility, and adept in all aspects of performance management. At the same time, you should be commercially astute and results-driven, with a flexible approach to hours and responsibilities and a truly proactive approach.
