    My client based in Cambridge City Centre is looking for an Office Junior to join their team on a long term temporary basis. Duties include: 
     
    ·         General administration tasks 
    ·         Basic office administration including photocopying, faxing, printing, shredding, scanning, binding etc

    ·        Meeting and greeting visitors on arrival from reception
     
    ·         Booking car parking spaces for visitors
     
    ·         Travel arrangements for other members of staff, mainly members of the Management Team (Hotels, Flights, Trains etc)
     
    ·         Preparation of meeting rooms (e.g. moving furniture, setting up projector, refreshments, catering as required)
     
    ·         Opening and distributing the post
     
    ·         Dealing with outgoing post, packages and courier services
     
    ·         Booking of taxis for members of staff and visitors including airport runs for visitors from the U.S
     
    ·         Update spreadsheets
     
    ·         Preparing and sending out mailings  
    ·         Booking members of staff onto courses and conferences
     
    ·         Ordering stationery supplies and keeping supplies tidy and in stock
     
    ·      
    ·   
     
    ·         Taking bookings for the company apartment and ensuring the cleaners are booked in between stays
     
    ·         Distributing the payslips
