The Role;
To assist the Head and Sous Chef's with the day to day running of the kitchen. Learn new skills from Michelin Star background Head Chef. Mentor and train junior brigade members.
Successful Candidates;
Will preferably have experience from a Rosette environment. Qualified to NVQ 2 level or City and Guilds equivalent.
Benefits;
Salary - £14,000 - £18,000 (dependent on experience)
