Business Director - Pharmaceutical/Medical - East of Cambridge

Do you have the personality to build lasting relationships and win new business at a senior level whilst leading a team?
You will be working for a company with a great reputation in the Pharmaceutical industry with proven experience and success.
You will manage a team reporting to the Managing Director as a Business Director with the following responsibilities:
- Direct line management.
- Prepare and deliver bids and pitches for new business.
- Win you new business from within existing and prospect accounts.
- Build long term relationships.
- You will be responsible for developing creative communication plans and managing the delivering through your team.
- Attend frequent meetings with clients, events and conferences throughout the UK and possibly abroad.
- Work to agreed targets.
- Liaise with internal editors, designers and researchers.
You will have strong sales, organisational, attention to detail and relationship management skills. You will need to have commercial sales and/or marketing experience ideally in agencies within the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industries.
