Educational Account Manager - Engineering/Software - Cambridge
Circa £20,000 basic salary + commission + 12.5% non-contributory pension + BUPA membership + share options.
An opportunity has arisen to apply your engineering/materials knowledge and develop a business career within a rapidly expanding organisation.
Based in central Cambridge, the successful applicant will account manage and develop business with academic organisations worldwide through the selling of unique educational products designed to aid teaching.
Candidates applying will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Ideally an engineering, materials or science degree
- Prior sales experience or a clear aptitude for business development
- Articulate and confident talking to people in a business environment
Applicants will apply and develop their skills in business strategy, communication with senior contacts and long-term project work. There will be excellent opportunities for career advancement as the company grows. Some travel may be required.
