To assist in our growth plans we are currently recruiting for a Managing Consultant to lead our sales team. You will take responsibility for a small but successful team and drive the business forward by developing and empowering your consultants to reach realistic objectives. This is a ‘hands - on’ position where you will lead from the front in developing client relationships and be accountable for both personal and team revenue targets.

We are looking for a recruitment professional looking to make a real difference in a quality driven recruitment market. It is essential that you can demonstrate a successful background in internal sales management or recruitment with a proven track record of originating, managing and delivering a quality solution.

You will possibly be an existing Team Leader looking for an organisation that can offer you a better working environment and greater scope for progression, or an ambitious senior consultant who feels ready to take up to take up the challenge.

As well as the basic salary we offer a car allowance, personal commission and team bonuses, as well as a contributory pension scheme and free gym membership.
