Role
To manage a team of 10 staff including 2 supervisors servicing the requirements both bedrooms and public areas. To train staff to ensure the highest standards are upheld. Duty Management shifts also.
Skills
Must have management experience and a good working knowledge of the hospitality industry. The ability to motivate a team, be flexible to the enviroment and the needs of the business.
