Do you have a proven track record in providing top notch customer service? If so I want to hear from you!!! My client, a well know bank in the Cambridge city centre, is looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor.
Responsibilities will include dealing with customers face to face, till work, cash handling, maximising sales of products, making referrals to your specialist colleagues, and providing excellent customer service at all times.
Hours of work will be from 9:00 to 5:00 over a 5 day work week including Saturdays.
Some overtime may be required form time to time so flexibility is needed.
You the candidate, will ideally have experience working in a targeted sales environment, be an excellent communicator, be comfortable talking to customers face to face, and be a team player.
You must also have a confident and reassuring personality, and be hungry for a challenge.
In return my client is offering an excellent benefits package including the opportunity of a sales target related bonus of up to £6,000 per year.
