Working for a charity, you will be part of a new and exciting project.
You will be taken on to develop and be responsible for your own portfolio of candidates, you will support and devise a structured plan to get candidates back in to work.
You will meet with candidates to assess their individual needs, you will then consider them for appropriate roles within the local area, which will have been fed back to you via a recruitment manager.
You will need to be confident, and have the ability to communicate at all levels, you will be self motivated, and thrive to meet targets.
