If business development is your passion then this is the role for you! You will cover 3 key areas, Cambridge, North/west Cambridge and Bury St Edmunds, your main focus will be to secure vacancies from businesses in these areas.
You should have either a background in sales, business development or recruitment.
This is a target focussed position, so the ability to meet KPIs and tight deadlines is essential.
You will need to be pragmatic, tenacious and be confident when communicating with clients face to face.
