| UK Sales Manager – Software Solutions – Cambridgeshire This is a fantastic time to join a highly successful privately owned organisation with ambitious expansion plans for the future. My client is a leading provider of energy management solutions across a wide range of sectors including retail, manufacturing, education, health and local government. Due to exciting expansion plans they have a requirement for a Sales Manager to be responsible for the management of the UK sales and marketing team and clients in the Southern region. As Sales Manager you will be responsible for the management of both office and field based staff in all aspects of the team functions and you will be directly responsible for the entire B2B sales process from initial meeting through to sales closure and account management. This role is ideally suited to someone who is highly self motivated with a background in IT, technical or software sales and is happy to work towards pre set targets. Ideally you will either have some experience of the energy or building controls industry or experience of selling IT/ technical products. The individual should also have experience of managing a team environment. On offer is a basic salary £30-35k plus car allowance and OTE of £20,000.
