Sales Engineer – IT Security – Cambridge – Up to £30,000 + Pension + BUPA
Our client is one of the UK's leading independent value added resellers for best of breed IT security solutions. They support organisations in the development of strategies and selection of products to combat evolving IT security threats. Currently due to expansion they are seeking a Sales Engineer for their Cambridge office.
This role involves providing pre and post sales technical advice to the sales team and both existing and prospective clients; you will provide technical input into sales proposals, provide technical training and attend seminars, workshops and exhibitions. You will liaise with vendors on specific technical issues and as part of the SE team, provide technical resource for the company’s internal IT systems.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer or Pre Sales professional who has experience within Security software, networking or internet based technologies and a thorough understanding of routing and IP addressing. You must have excellent communication skills and be confident in presenting and training.
On offer is a competitive salary plus bonus and incentives, along with BUPA and contributory pension scheme.
