Product Support Engineer - Cambridgeshire

This position will support my clients fast growing product management team with the following responsibilities:
• Provide product and applications support to customers and distributors world-wide.
• Application engineering to support product development.
• Communicate customer’s technical requirements to the product management and engineering team.
• Answer customer queries, solving problems and providing technical advice.
• Assist with product testing.
• Occasional customer visits.
You will need an outgoing personality with the ability to manage several projects at once. Ideally you will be a Natural Sciences or Engineering graduate with the ability to write or edit application notes and technical papers. Experience of fault finding, product testing and product evaluation is desirable.
You will be rewarded with a salary between £23 – 27,000 + Benefits.
