An opportunity has arisen for a Helpdesk Administrator to join their IT department. This is a customer facing role, and responsibilities will include logging technical support calls, assigning tasks to the relevant member of the IT department, and all round helpdesk administration.
This post would suit a reliable, trustworthy administrator who has excellent interpersonal skills the ability to remain calm under pressure. The ideal candidate will be computer literate, and be willing to be involved in a range of IT related tasks.
