Job Description

French and German client coordinator

Vacancy Type: Permanent

Location: Cambridge

Salary: £24,000

Are you fluent in French AND German AND English? If the answer is yes then our client, a market leader based near Cambridge is seeking a candidate with excellent customer service skills and an ability to communicate in a corporate environment.

The successful candidate will become part of a rewarding and supportive organisation that currently is going from strength to strength.

Primary Responsibilities:

• To manage customer accounts of German, French and English clients, whilst providing the highest level of customer service at all times.
• To deal with incoming orders and customer queries
• To ensure records are up to date and accurate at all times

Essential skills:

• The ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and administrative skills
• Fluency in German, French and English is vital for this role.
