Job Description
Internal Accounts Manager
Vacancy Type: Permanent
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £17,000- £18,000 + OTE
Due to exceptional growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a sales focussed individual to join a lively and vibrant team in the Cambridge area. The
successful candidate will be driven with the ability to hit targets and build relationships, so if this sounds familiar then we want to hear from you!
Primary Responsibilities:
- To work with existing customers by upgrading, renewing and cross selling solutions to them
- To build strong and lasting relationships with customers
- To consistently hit targets and achieve results, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times
Essential skills:
- The ability to build a lasting rapport is paramount within this role, therefore excellent communication and customer service skills are required
- A confident and results driven approach to work with a strong focus on sales
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft programmes
- The ability to work to tight deadlines in a busy and challenging environment
- B2B sales experience is desired but not
essential
