Job Description

Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Vacancy Type: Permanent

Location: Cambridge

Salary: depending on experience

Hours: 37.5 hour week

The successful candidate will become part of a small and friendly team and will be supported in all aspects of the role.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Generating new business and setting appointments through cold calling
• Identifying, interviewing and closing suitable candidates
• Managing and developing existing client relationships

Essential Skills:

• A confident phone manner and excellent customer service skills
• A confident and professional approach to building relationships
• Experience in a sales environment would be an advantage
