Job Description

Chief Executive Officer

Vacancy Type: Permanent

Location: Cambridge

Salary: £20,000 + % equity fully vesting after 12 months

Do you have the drive and passion needed to guide a partially executed start up though launch and out the other side? Are you experienced in business development with a sales and marketing focus? If the answer to these questions is yes, then this may be the job for you. The successful candidate will become part of an organisation which is the first legal training channel to deliver bespoke live and on-demand content to legal audiences, and if you believe you fit the bill then we’d love to hear from you!

About the role:

The position is a multi-functional general management role with a significant sales, marketing and business development focus. The organisation generates revenue from subscriptions, online advertising and from bespoke production and presentation authoring services. The successful candidate will be directly accountable to the organisation’s investors and will seek to generate new business, create client relationships and promote the company branding and image.

Essential skills:

• Experience in Business Development and Sales
• A driven and motivated personality with the ability to consistently hit targets
• Good negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships quickly and efficiently
