Job Description
Recruitment Manager
Vacancy Type: Permanent
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £28,000 + commission
Due to an internal promotion our client has a fantastic opportunity for a sales driven individual who thrives on autonomy to manage their established branch based in Cambridge.
Building on previous success, you will drive the business forward as you take ownership of this established and busy branch. You’ll lead all aspects of business development, relationship management, strategy planning, re-sourcing and performance, whilst constantly tracking commercial achievements against target. Our client will look to you to get the most from every member of the team, while ensuring full legislative compliance in all you do, and you will directly advise and negotiate with major
clients to retain and expand their business.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Experience as a Branch Manager from within the
Recruitment Industry is essential

Have a proven track record in sales and customer service

Can demonstrate a history of working to budgets and use
profit and loss accounts to deliver above average results.

Have a proven track record of developing new business

Be articulate with a persuasive manner
