Job Description

A beautiful three star hotel seek a dedicated and committed Chef de Partie .

This hotel seeks a dedicated Chef de Partie with experience in a similar three star, one rosette establishment. This client offers a choice of dining areas and cuisine to its guests, including casual and formal eating areas. Also available are popular conference and banqueting facilities.

You will be number 3 in the team, therefore it will be expected that you are a strong Chef de Partie who is able to assist in the running of the kitchen along side the other senior members of the team. Qualifications/Experience required: The candidate should possess Level 1 & 2 NVQ or equivalent. Good experience of working in a similar establishment is essential, as you will be expected to play a big part in the team. It is also necessary that applicants possess food hygiene certificate. A good solid CV will be required.
