Job Description
A beautiful three star hotel seek a dedicated and committed Chef de Partie .
This hotel seeks a dedicated Chef de Partie with experience in a similar three star, one rosette establishment. This client offers a choice of dining areas and cuisine to its guests, including casual and formal eating areas. Also available are popular conference and banqueting facilities.
You will be number 3 in the team, therefore it will be expected that you are a strong Chef de Partie who is able to assist in the running of the kitchen along side the other senior members of the team. You must have banqueting and rosette experience.

Qualifications/Experience required:
The candidate should possess Level 1 & 2 NVQ or equivalent. Good experience of working in a similar establishment is essential, as you will be expected to play a big part in the team. It is also necessary that applicants possess food hygiene certificate. A good solid CV will be required.
