Fantastic Hotel in Cambridge looking for Passionate Commis Chef!
This beautiful Hotel in Cambridge is looking for a talented and eager Commis Chef to join the kitchen team of this establishment\'s excellent 2AA rosette property.
The duties of Commis Chef will include:
-Preparing fresh produce prior to service
* Maintaining the establishments high standards
* Working effectively as part of a team
* Working from own initiative to ensure all jobs done
* Working on all sections within the kitchen
The working pattern for this position will be a combination of early and late shifts. Commis Chef will be reporting to the Executive Chef.
Candidates for this position must be eager and willing to learn. Good basic knowledge of kitchen operations is essential although training will be given. Excellent communication skills are a must.
