Job Description
A Chef de Partie is required to work in one of the best kitchens in Cambridgeshire!
This a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop in a multi award winning property
Salary: £15.5K
Live in is available
This 40+ bedroom hotel, boasts two restaurants, an informal brasserie and an award winning fine dine restaurant. The food outlets boast a modern British menu that changes daily with a strong seasonal bias, using only the finest local produce. The hotel can cater for up to 600 covers banqueting, this is served plated.
Previous experience of working at Chef de Partie level and to a minimum of 1AA rosette experience is essential.
