Job Description
Demi Chef de Partie - Cambridgeshire Magnificent country house 4 star hotel with 2AA rosettes is looking to recruit a talented and motivated individual to join the kitchen brigade.
This is a demanding role in a busy kitchen producing only the highest quality of food for the restaurant, brasserie and conference & banqueting. You will be a dedicated, passionate and ambitious, works well under pressure individual looking for a career opportunity, which will provide training and development.
The person to suit must be have good all round experience of busy restaurant and banqueting operations, and will either be an experienced Demi CDP or a strong Commis Chef Rosette background preferred looking for their next step. Should also possess NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and hygiene certificate essential
