Internal Recruitment Consultant – Peterborough - £22K - £25K

My client is a market leader of business services and is now looking to expand their client services and bring on board an experienced Recruitment Consultant to deliver in-house recruitment services to their clients

You will be involved in end to end recruitment not only internally but also for a range of clients. You will need to effectively prioritise your work and be able to juggle multiple recruitment projects. You will have ownership of each individual requirement from definition through to fulfilment and will need effective communication throughout.

Your hands on approach will involve establishing compliant recruitment methods such as direct, internal, referral and PSL. You will need to be competent at writing adverts and specifying vacancies for job and media boards. You will screen applicants as well as organising and conducting telephone and competency based interviews.

You will need to have previous in-house recruitment knowledge preferably with multiple industry clients as well as excellent employment law knowledge. You will also have to have previous experience of conducting interviews as well as assessment centres and other recruitment methods such as psychometric testing.
