    Temp 2 Perm Position:
    As an integral part of the operations team you will be working in a busy and diverse warehouse environment. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be reponsible for supervising and motivating staff, for ensuring business targets are met, and for maintaining the highest levels of Health and Safety.

    Responsibilities- Maintain a tidy, well organised stock room - Form an effective supervisory relationship and promote teamwork within the warehouse environment - Loading and unloading deliveries - Checking supplier delivery notes against deliveries - Ensuring all orders are packed correctly and ready for distribution by specific deadlines - Assisting in the lifting of large and sometimes heavy items - Take on additional responsibilities as and when required - Driving company vehicle, as and when needed, for deliveries or collections

    Experience- Proven warehouse operations experience - Fork lift truck license preferred, either reach or counter balance
    Candidate- Good organisational skills - Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues within the organisation - Demonstrate good supervisory skills - Able to work independently and as part of a team - Full UK driving licence
