Our clients are looking for a customer
field support engineer. They are looking for a dynamic and committed
individual with a 'can do' attitude, excellent problem solving skills
in the field and present themselves effectively in front of
customers. You must be extremely customer focussed, have experience
in a fast-paced technical support environment with direct customer
interaction & have the ability to diagnose and resolve field technical
problems for their portfolio of products. You should also be
comfortable with a wide range of technical areas including mechanical
systems, software, electronics and ink, have the ability to
accommodate non-standard working hours and frequently travel at short
notice (domestic and international.) You also be a self-starter that
gets the job done to deadlines & be able to work under pressure. An
industrial inkjet background would be beneficial.
