Our client is seeking a development engineer with analogue hardware experience. The ideal candidate will have six or more year's design experience of high bandwidth; low noise analogue circuits for data capture in excess of 300MHz. Main responsibilities will be designing ultra high performance front end circuits for new products. Experience should include: Designs using discrete active and passive components; High impedance buffers (FETs), programmable gain amplifiers and attenuators; Multiplexers, filters, differential drivers and ADCs; PCB layout for high performance and EMC compliance (ideally hands on experience) and design simulation experience. Knowledge of the following would be an advantage: Analogue ASIC and custom chip design.
