Chef De Partie - Cambridge City Centre College - £17,000-£18,000

The Operation;
Prestigious Cambridge City Centre College, serving fresh food. Catering for up to 200-400 students per day.

The Role;
To assist the Head Chef in the day to day running of this busy college operation.
Successful candidates will have at least 5 years experience within a professional kitchen, preferably with City Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent and hold a current driving licence. A good knowledge of current food trends. Must be a strong team player with flair and passion. Must have current driving licence.
