The Operation:
Peterborough City Centre Hotel, 100+ Bedrooms, 3 Conference Rooms, 70 Cover Restaurant and Bar.
The Role:
Manage the Restaurant & Bar, maximise guest satisfaction and food and
beverage profitability, responsible for Restaurant, Bar and Room Service staff and Supervisors.
Successful Candidates:
Must have a good knowledge of Bar and Restaurant procedures. Experience of managing and motivating a team.
