HR Officer – Cambridge area – up to £28K
A large service providing organisation with over 7500 UK staff are now looking for an experienced HR Officer level HR professional to join them at their Cambridgeshire site.
This role will entail the full end to end HR function for around 185 staff in a single site location. You will be the senior HR representative on site and will have line management responsibility for the HR Administrator.
The role will entail all functions of operational HR including: ER issues such as disciplinaries and grievance, the full recruitment process, absence & sickness monitoring and update policy and procedure.
In all instances you will be providing professional support, advice and coaching to operational managers on all of the above and any other HR related issues. You will also be the first point of call for all HR queries from all on site staff.
Reporting into the site Operations Manager on a day to day basis, you will also have a dotted line to the Divisional HRM who will provide advice, support and your own personal development.
You will need to be able to demonstrate experience of working at this level before and ideally be CPP or CIPD qualified. You will need to be able to work as part of a close team on site, but also be able you work under your own initiative.
